BioDue completed the acquisition of the remaining 57% stake in Farcoderma.

BioDue, a consolidated industrial and commercial enterprise oriented towards the research, development, production and commercialization of cosmetic products, medical devices and food supplements, completed the acquisition of the remaining 57% stake in Farcoderma, which produces food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is consistent with the development strategy, including through external growth, defined together with the shareholders of control of Fondo Armònia and FIDIM.
