CI Financial completed the acquisition of BDF.

CI Financial, an independent company offering global asset management and wealth management advisory services, completed the acquisition of Balasa Dinverno Foltz, a private wealth management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The purchase of BDF, a large and incredibly well-run RIA, significantly accelerates the growth and development of our US wealth business.
