Mad Mobile to acquire CAKE from Sysco.

Mad Mobile, a mobile platform for enterprise restaurants and retailers, agreed to acquire CAKE, a restaurant technology company, from Sysco, a distributor of food and related products to the foodservice industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about the future of CAKE technology.
