R.J. O'Brien, an independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the United States, completed the acquisition of Lombard Forte Securities, a Dubai-based interdealer broker specializing in cash equities, exchange-traded funds, equity derivatives, fixed income and structured products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
