Sunworks, a provider of solar power solutions for agriculture, commercial and industrial, public works and residential markets terminates the $14m merger with The Peck Company Holdings, a commercial solar engineering, procurement and construction company. "Our stockholders were in favor of the merger with Sunworks, so we are committed to finding alternative ways that we can work efficiently together and to leverage the synergies between our two companies in the coming months," Jeffrey Peck, Peck Chairman of the Board and CEO.
