Alibaba and Cainiao completed the acquisition of Alog Technology.

Alibaba, a provider of online and mobile commerce businesses, and Cainiao, a provider of logistics services, completed the acquisition of Alog Technology, an e-commerce logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
