Clovis Point Capital-backed Cirruspath completed the acquisition of ZynBit.com.

Clovis Point Capital-backed Cirruspath, a provider of software solutions, completed the acquisition of ZynBit.com, a computer software company that specializes in providing customer IQ, Outlook, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
