Synopsis

National Marine Dredging Company, a dredging division of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, offered to merge with Senaat-backed National Petroleum Construction Company, which offers oil and gas engineering services, in a $300m deal. The proposed transaction would create a new national and regional integrated EPC powerhouse with an established footprint in key markets within MENA and South Asia. The combined group would be one of the largest integrated oil and gas and marine services EPC players in the MENA region.
