FAWER Automotive Parts, a manufacturer and seller of automotive parts, agreed to acquire ABC Umformtechnik, company manufacturing bolts, nuts, rivets, and washers, from Altenloh Brinck, a provider of engineered fasteners, for $15m. The transaction is subject to official approvals from Germany and China.
