Alder, a Nordic investment fund based in Stockholm, completed the acquisition of SAMON, a manufacturer of gas detection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Alder AB as majority shareholder Samon plans to accelerate their already rapid growing international expansion strategy.
