Waterland-backed Hansefit to acquire Fitbase.

Waterland-backed Hansefit, a corporate fitness network in Germany, agreed to acquire Fitbase, a health consultant in Hamburg. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After having strongly expanded our digital services in the past months, fitbase is a perfectly fitting piece of the puzzle for our digital strategy. Hansefit thus takes a further step towards becoming a holistic partner for corporate customers for the holistic health promotion of employees," Jens Pracht, Hansefit CEO.
