National Safety Apparel, a manufacturer of safety apparels, completed the acquisition of Wild Things, a manufacturer of sporting and athletic apparel, from ASGARD Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Working in partnership with ASGARD, Wild Things has become a business with a clear strategic vision and a focus on execution.
