National Safety Apparel completed the acquisition of Wild Things from ASGARD.

National Safety Apparel, a manufacturer of safety apparels, completed the acquisition of Wild Things, a manufacturer of sporting and athletic apparel, from ASGARD Partners, a private equity firm.
