Tandem completed the acquisition of Allium Lending Group from Pollen Street Capital for £60m.

Tandem, a UK bank, completed the acquisition of Allium Lending Group, a green loans company, from Pollen Street Capital for £60m ($79m). “The combination of Allium and Tandem will create the ability to rapidly scale a green banking proposition and help more customers access green finance products,” Paul Noble, Allium CEO.
