Smartsheet, a software company, completed the acquisition of Brandfolder, a growth-stage Software as a Service company headquartered in Denver, for $155m. "Content is becoming an increasingly central component of any enterprise workflow across a broad range of departments, including marketing, legal, finance, and sales.
