ConsenSys, a blockchain software company, completed the acquisition of Quorum, an open-source blockchain platform, from JP Morgan. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Even before the very first block on Ethereum was mined and ConsenSys was formed, we’ve collaborated with J.P.
