NTT DATA Services to acquire Acorio.

NTT DATA Services, a global digital business, agreed to acquire Acorio, the largest pure-play ServiceNow consultancy in the world. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval, and is expected to close during 2020.
