Delivery Hero completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Movo for from Cabify €13m.

Delivery Hero, a German food delivery firm, completed the acquisition of Movo, a Madrid, Spain-based provider of on-demand electric motorcycles and scooters, from Cabify for €13m ($14.5). The 'sharing' brand for renting motorcycles and electric scooters, which is mainly owned by Cabify, raised €20m a year ago from Mutua Madrileña and Seaya Capital, which joined its board, and other investors.
