Altavia Iberica, a subsidiary of the international and independent group Altavia, a specialist in retail marketing, completed the acquisition of Pixel and Pixel, a marketing agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In a market that is constantly changing, it is essential to know how to anticipate what our clients' clients want. Pixel has the talent to generate brand messages and experiences that connect with them effectively. The complementarity of our teams will allow us to better serve the interests of our clients and attract brands in search of bold ideas and differentiating strategies," Erick Bilinski, Altavia Iberica CEO.
