Biogroup-LCD to acquire CMA-Medina to Biogroup-LCD from Straco.

Biogroup-LCD, a provider of laboratory services, agreed to acquire CMA-Medina to Biogroup-LCD, an operator of medical diagnostic laboratories, from Straco. Financial terms were not disclosed.
