Architect Equity completed the acquisition of the Aerospace Composites division of AAR.

Architect Equity, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of the Aerospace Composites division of AAR, a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to enter this next phase with Architect Equity to build upon the company’s successful history of designing and manufacturing complex aerospace products.
