EQT Partners to acquire Colisee from IK Investment Partners.

Private equity firm EQT Partners is set to acquire Colisee, an operator of nursing home facilities and homecare services for elderly, from investment company IK Investment Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. Colisee constitutes a truly thematic investment in social infrastructure, a sector where EQT has a proven track record of owning and developing strong companies," Ulrich Köllensperger, EQT Partner. 24/09/2020 - CDPQ announced that it would co-invest alongside EQT.
