NP3 Fastigheter and Sagax formed a joint venture.

NP3 Fastigheter, a real estate company, and Sagax, a company that acquires, develops, and manages properties and real estate companies, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purpose of the joint venture structure is to be able to offer the tenant local service. Just over 40% of the property value overlaps with locations where NP3 is already established today.
