Carle to acquire BroMenn Medical and Eureka Hospital from Advocate Aurora Health for $187m.

The Carle Foundation, a healthcare services provider, agreed to acquire healthcare services providers BroMenn Medical and Eureka Hospital from Advocate Aurora Health, a surgical services provider for $187m. “We look forward to welcoming Advocate BroMenn, Eureka, the Medical Group and other clinical teams to Carle. Our providers, hospitals and health plan have long partnered to deliver care through joint services, referrals and health coverage.
