Helios Infrastructure completed the acquisition four operating Texas solar projects from Cypress Creek Renewables.

Helios Infrastructure, a renewable energy infrastructure, completed the acquisition of four operating Texas solar projects totaling 47 MW from Cypress Creek Renewables, an independent power producer. “The positive impacts these solar farms will have on the environment are the driving force behind our continued partnership," Clark Lloyd Nationwide Manager.
