Private equity company Investindustrial completed the acquisition of a 73.5% stake in Della Toffola, a provider of automated machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Thanks to the investment of Investindustrial, Della Toffola – maintaining its strong local roots – will continue its growth and its international expansion also through acquisitions, with the aim of strengthening its positioning in the markets currently served, entering new business segments as well as in geographic areas with high potential by strengthening its local production presence.
