Graham-backed Medbio, a manufacturer of medical equipment, completed the acquisition of Polymer Conversions, a manufacturer of medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. Together these businesses create a premier medical device manufacturing company, capable of supporting the rapid growth of the company’s customers. “Completing add-on acquisitions that bring new advanced capabilities to our businesses is an important part of our investment strategy at Graham.
