Rubico Acquisition to acquire Harrah's Louisiana Downs Casino, Racing & Entertainment from Caesars Entertainment and VICI Properties for $22m.

Rubico Acquisition agreed to acquire Harrah's Louisiana Downs Casino, Racing & Entertainment, a horse racing track and racino located in Bossier City in northwestern Louisiana, from Caesars Entertainment, the largest casino-entertainment company in the US, and VICI Properties, an experiential real estate investment trust, for $22m. The transactions are expected to close at the end of 2020 or early 2021, and are subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
