Abac Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Iberfrasa, a manufacturer of personal hygiene and home cleaning products, for $41m. "The entry of Abac into the shareholding will allow Iberfrasa to take advantage of the multiple growth opportunities that are being generated in the current environment, both organic and inorganic,” Francisco Rubio, Iberfrasa Founding Partner.
