Audax completed the acquisition of PH Simples.

Audax, an independent energy group in the Portuguese electricity market, completed the acquisition of PH Simples, the Portuguese trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company intends to continue growing in the Portuguese energy market, both in renewable energy generation and in marketing, especially in the SME segment, in which it currently has a relevant position in the market. The excellent results of the company and a highly professional team support the growth forecasts.
