LimeLight Sports completed the acquisition of Virgin Sport from Sport Group.

LimeLight Sports, a company engaged in sporting campaigns, completed the acquisition of Virgin Sport, a company conducting mass participation events business, from Sport Group, a business dedicated to sport surfaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Virgin Sport has brought a unique style to the participation sports sector and we are delighted to be taking over the business. We are excited by the addition of the three events to our LimeLight Sports Club and the increased opportunity, offers, information and service they bring to our consumers," Craig Dews, LimeLight Sports CEO.
