LimeLight Sports, a company engaged in sporting campaigns, completed the acquisition of Virgin Sport, a company conducting mass participation events business, from Sport Group, a business dedicated to sport surfaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Virgin Sport has brought a unique style to the participation sports sector and we are delighted to be taking over the business.
