Adisseo completed the acquisition of FRAmelco Group.

Adisseo, an expert in feed additives, completed the acquisition of FRAmelco Group, a company specialized in the development, manufacturing and marketing of feed and drinking water additives worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of FRAmelco is bringing products, solutions and know-hows to better address our customers’ current and future needs. Together, we will set up an efficient organization which will allow us to strengthen our global product portfolio’s competitiveness.
