CJK Group completed the acquisition of Cenveo Publisher Services and Cenveo Learning.

CJK Group, a technology holding company, completed the acquisition of publishing services providers Cenveo Publisher Services and Cenveo Learning. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of these two organizations, both of whom have strong reputations and venerable histories, will create an important new entity within CJK Group, positioned for growth while delivering value for customers,” Chris Kurtzman, CJK Group CEO.
