Kinzie Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Chelsea Lighting.

Kinzie Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Chelsea Lighting, a lighting solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Tom, Brian and Eric’s focus on innovation, customer service and employee development, coupled with Chelsea being at the forefront of lighting technology, makes this a very exciting opportunity for Kinzie.
