Apax Partners to acquire MyCase from AppFolio for $193m.

Apax Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire MyCase, a provider of legal practice and case management software solutions from AppFolio, a provider of cloud-based business software solutions for $193m. “MyCase software and its integrated payments greatly simplify law firm operations, so legal professionals have more time to do what they love most – serving their clients.
