Visma completed the acquisition of Cash Software.

Visma, a provider of cloud business solutions, completed the acquisition of Cash Software, an online business software specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this strategic acquisition, which follows the acquisitions of Visionplanner, Nmbrs, and recently Yuki, the Visma Group continues to grow steadily in the Dutch accountancy and ERP market.
