Remondis completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in FES from the city of Frankfurt.

Remondis, a German multinational company for recycling, water resource management and industrial and communal services, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in FES, which operates a recycling facility, from the city of Frankfurt. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Orange peel, coffee filters and leftover food mixed with garden waste and leaves. This is the mixture of materials that FES’ refuse collection lorries take to the organic waste treatment facility," Remondis.
