Westmount Energy, an energy investment company, completed the acquisition of a 12.7% stake in JHI Associates, an oil and gas exploration company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment is consistent with Westmount's strategy of seeking exposure to opportunities in the prolific Guyana-Suriname Basin.
