RD Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Macair for $14m.

RD Capital Partners, a diversified investment group, completed the acquisition of Macair, a mechanical engineering firm that specialises in heating, ventilation and air conditioning facilities maintenance and installation, for $14m. “This acquisition forms part of our vision to build a meaningful presence in the UK’s engineering, construction and infrastructure sectors and we are delighted to welcome Macair to the growing RDCP family of businesses.
