Atar Capital completed the acquisition of WinCup from BlackRock.

Atar Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of WinCup, a foodservice packaging manufacturer, from BlackRock, a global investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today there is an accelerating expectation for eco-friendly packaging solutions, whether in foodservice or in other segments.
