Nobo Automotive completed the acquisition of Motus Headliner from Motus Integrated Technologies.

Nobo Automotive, a Chinese auto parts manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Motus Headliner, a manufacturer of high-performance headliners, door and console armrests, and instrument panel trim components for the global automotive market, from Motus Integrated Technologies, a manufacturer of high-performance headliners and unlit, illuminated and auxiliary coverage sunvisors and compression formed products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction is the first cross-border M&A project completed by Nobo, and isimportant for the company's global development strategy. The combinationof the two entities will allow Nobo to provide a presence in Europe and is an important step to accomplish its global supply chain network.
