Air Liquide to acquire an oxygen production site from Sasol for €440m.

Air Liquide, a French multinational company which supplies industrial gases and services to various industries, agreed to acquire an oxygen production site from Sasol, an integrated energy and chemical company, for €440m. The agreements are subject to usual suspensive conditions (notably the South African Competition Authority’s approval), which should not be fulfilled earlier than December 2020.
