Verisk completed the acquisition of Franco Signor from BV Investment Partners for $169m.

Verisk Analytics, a data analytics services provider, completed the acquisition of Franco Signor, a provider of Medicare Secondary Payer, from BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm, for $169m.
