Novacap completed the investment in Optiom.

Novacap, a Canadian private equity firm, completed the investment in Optiom, a specialty insurance managing general underwriter. Financial terms were not disclosed. Optiom is the first investment of the Novacap Financial Services I fund since its first closing in November 2019.
