Investment firm Caledonia completed the acquisition of a 34.9% stake in Scientic Games, an American corporation that provides gambling products and services, from MacAndrews & Forbes, an American diversified holding company, for $1bn. "Scientic Games is well-positioned for future success given our industry leading portfolio of products and technologies, loyal customer base and talented leadership team.
