Apax Partners to invest in Groupe Crystal.

Private equity firm Apax Partners is set to invest in Groupe Crystal, a French investment and asset management consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment would be achieved alongside Groupe Crystal’s management team, including Bruno Narchal and JeanMaximilien Vancayezeele, and the OFI group. The investment will allow Groupe Crystal to accelerate its development, three years after the acquisition of Expert & Finance.
