GI Partners-backed Doxim completed the acquisition of Striata.

GI Partners-backed Doxim, a provider of customer communications management (CCM) software and services, completed the acquisition of Striata, a company that specializes in generation, sending, storage, and security of digital customer communications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For over 20 years, Striata has been innovating in the CCM space by delivering digital-first solutions across multiple industries, channels and devices.
