NorthStar Anesthesia completed the acquisition of Surgery Partners anesthesia services business.

NorthStar Anesthesia, an anesthesia care provider and manager, completed the acquisition of anesthesia services business of Surgery Partners, a short-stay surgical facility owner and operator.
