Churchill Contract Services, a company that provides building cleaning, maintenance, security, laundry, pest control, keyholding, waste management, and other services, completed the acquisition of Chequers Contract Services, a business that includes renting, buying, selling and appraising real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed.
